Sylvie Mridula Soy
Program Associate
Sylvie Soy is a Program Associate with the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Team at CEGIS Telangana, where she supports the implementation of evidence-based initiatives to strengthen early childhood development systems in the state.
Prior to joining CEGIS, Sylvie gained experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, and program implementation through academic and field engagements with organizations including Impact Dash, Navjeevan Organization, and the Centre for People's Collective. She has worked on data collection, research, stakeholder engagement, and community-based development initiatives.
Sylvie holds a Master's degree in Population Studies from the International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai, and a Master's degree in Development Policy, Planning and Practice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. Her interests lie in public policy, monitoring and evaluation, and using data to strengthen public systems and improve development outcomes.
Outside work, she enjoys travelling, reading, exploring new cafés, and discovering different cultures and cuisines.
