Supraja has joined CEGIS as a Program Manager within the Outcome Measurement team in Chennai.

She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick, UK. Her quest to understand development challenges led her to engage in RCT-based research within the Behavioral Development Lab at IFMR LEAD and J-PAL. Following this experience, Supraja leveraged her quantitative skills to provide client-based solutions in the social impact consulting sector at Development Solutions, with a focus on education and gender-based violence (GBV) for organizations such as the UNFPA.

Her extensive experience in research and consulting motivated her to seek a role that involves government collaboration within the social impact space, which led her to her current position at CEGIS.

Outside of her professional work, Supraja is a movie enthusiast and often engages in discussions analyzing the latest films. Additionally, she is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer.
