Sunidhi Agarwal joins CEGIS as a Senior Program Associate with the Outcome Measurement team in Delhi. Before joining CEGIS, she worked as a Research Associate at the Inclusion Economics India Centre (IEIC), where she led initiatives to increase female labor force participation (FLFP) in Northern India through rigorous research, data management, and strategy implementation. She also collaborated with Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) and the Impact and Policy Research Institute (IMPRI), focusing on macroeconomics and micro-development economics.

Sunidhi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics (BSE), Spain, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Hons) from the University of Delhi, India.

Outside of work, she loves music and has a playlist for almost every mood. She also enjoys dancing, dark comedy content, trekking, and long walks, especially when surrounded by nature.
