Sonika Tandon joins us as Senior Program Associate - Outcome Measurement in Hyderabad. Before joining CEGIS, Sonika worked with ConveGenius Insights in a hybrid role involving data analysis and project management. As part of her engagement, she has worked on the analysis of learning outcome assessments of different interventions, a crucial one being the 'Back to School Outcomes Fund'. She has also handled projects based in India as well as abroad and has hands-on experience with on- field data collection activities. She was also an active contributor to creating a statewide student and teacher registry for the state of Goa under Vidya Samiksha Kendra (VSK). Sonika has completed her Master's in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University. With a background in social sciences and an interest in Measurement, Learning and Evaluation (MLE), she has internship experiences from various organizations like The /Nudge Institute and the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR). When not working, she is busy bingeing TV shows (GoT fan) or exploring travel itineraries.
