Ramachandran Narayanaswamy is the  Consulting Program Head of Technology and Digital Enablement at CEGIS. He brings nearly three decades of IT industry experience to CEGIS. In the past, he has worked with Wipro and Mindtree and also co-founded a technology start-up of his own. Rama was part of the inaugural cohort of the The/Nudge Indian Administrative Fellowship working with the Department of Women and Child Development of the Government of Karnataka. 

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering degree from Regional Engineering College, Tiruchirapalli.
