Radhika is a Program Manager in the Personnel Management vertical at CEGIS. Prior to joining CEGIS, she was a Curriculum Lead and a Program Manager with Teach For India. She also began her professional journey in the development sector with a two year fellowship with Teach For India.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the Indraprastha College For Women, Delhi University complemented by several certifications in areas such as people management and coaching.  She feels passionately about the power of education and building strong communities of practice in bringing about meaningful change.
