Rachana L is a Program Manager in the Tamil Nadu State Team at CEGIS. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Consultant at Sattva Consulting, where she led the PMU for a multi-partner consortium-led education initiative in Jharkhand. Additionally, she has collaborated with the state governments of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka on impactful initiatives across education, health, economic planning, and skill development. Her contributions have focused on supporting policy development, facilitating reforms, and creating reports to address pressing development needs.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Hons) from the University of Calcutta and a Master's degree in Regulatory Governance from TISS.
