Preetha is a Senior Associate in the Outcome Measurement vertical at CEGIS. Previously, she worked as a Senior Research Associate at Good Business Lab, a labour innovation lab that works in the realm of worker well-being. 

She has a Master's degree in International and Development Economics from Yale University.
