Pragya  is  a Senior Program Associate in the Personnel Management vertical at CEGIS. Previously, she worked as a Senior Associate at Janaagraha, where she supported the Housing and Urban Development Department of Odisha by advocating for reforms related to Municipal Shared Services, digital tools for performance enhancement, and a competency-based performance management system.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Banaras Hindu University and a Master’s degree in Regulatory Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
