Phanindra Reddy is a Program Manager on the Telangana Project Delivery team. He brings over 13 years of experience in designing and delivering education projects for Government and Private sector clients.

Phanindra’s journey in the development sector began with Teach For India, where he worked with children and community to bridge learning gaps.

Prior to joining CEGIS, he served as an Education Specialist at CfBT and QMiE, where he was instrumental in the capacity building of teachers and leaders. He also led the design of content and tools, driving CSR projects and school assessments.
He holds an MBA from GITAM University.
