CEGIS conducted extensive mapping and competency-based assessments for 66 Mandal Planning Statistical Officers (MSPOs) in Telangana, a pioneering effort to measure, manage and improve government officials' performance.

CEGIS supports NITI Aayog in building the capacity of Block Level Officials (BLOs) under the Aspirational Block Programme (ABP). The team mapped competencies for 10 Block Officer positions, identifying gaps and creating continuous learning opportunities.
