This report documents the key highlights of learning on iGOT in the O/o CGPDTM from April 2023 to October 2024. It utilises data generated from iGOT reports, analysed and maintained through learning data management systems in the O/o CGPDTM. Learner feedback and the experience generated by the CBU in implementing the ACBP has also been referred to. This comprehensive data provides an in-depth look at the effectiveness of learning interventions and the overall learning progress on iGOT across the technical and administrative positions within the Intellectual Property Office.

This blog explores the role of Programme Management Units (PMUs) in government departments and discusses the challenge of PMUs becoming too embedded in bureaucratic processes, which can dilute their impact. It outlines key strategies to maintain focus and effectiveness, such as balancing immediate demands with long-term goals, preserving team identity, strategic communication, and prioritising high-impact work.

This blog explores the often-overlooked competency of facilitation for inclusive collaboration. Through project experiences in Odisha and Bodoland, it highlights how facilitation uncovers diverse perspectives and drives successful outcomes. By synthesising expert insights and offering practical guidelines, it positions facilitation as an essential leadership competency for navigating complex work ecosystems.

The Engagement score is one of many scoring systems on the iGoT platform and attempts to capture a user’s engagement with the platform and the subsequent (if any) learning. Engagement scores help track the effectiveness of interaction between the users and the content that is provided on the platform by using a combination of usage indicators and assessments at the end of the Competency Building Products (CBPs).
