Gunjita works as Senior Program Manager with the Outcome Measurement Team in Delhi.

Prior to joining CEGIS, she worked at Save the Children International, where she was part of the Research and Evaluation Unit supporting assessments and evaluations across various countries in Asia and Africa. Gunjita started her journey in the development sector managing large field experiments for the Behavioral Development Lab at J-PAL South Asia. At Centre for Social and Behaviour Change, she led diagnostics, design and evaluation of projects in the education and livelihood sectors.

Gunjita holds a Master’s degree in Economics from University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi. She is deeply interested in creating equitable and efficient systems strengthening by co-creating participatory solutions.
