Keshav Gabhale Has Joined CEGIS As Program Associate with Personnel Management Team in Mumbai.

He brings over 5 years of experience in the development sector—specifically in livelihoods, Skill development, and entrepreneurship development—working with government and Non Govt. organizations in the social sector.

Before joining CEGIS, he worked as a 'Chief Minister’s Skill Development Fellow (CMSDF) in Balasore and Kalahandi District, Odisha. There, he worked on district-level planning, execution, monitoring and documentation of state and central govt. skill development and employment Programs. He strengthened the district's skill ecosystem through inter-departmental coordination, Improving industry engagement, aggregating skill demand, research and Strengthening Documentation and Monitoring.

He has also worked at the community level with NGOs like 'Pragati Abhiyan', 'AKRSP-India' and 'BAIF Livelihood'.

Keshav holds Postgraduate Degree- MBA in Development Management from IIHMR University, Jaipur; a certificate in 'Understanding Public Policy in India' from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad; and Graduation degree in B.Sc. Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
