Malavika Sudhir has joined CEGIS as a Senior Program Associate in the People and Culture team.

She holds a Master's degree in Development from Azim Premji University. Prior to joining CEGIS, Malavika worked at Science Gallery Bengaluru, where she led the gallery's learning initiatives, designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences. Before that, she served as a Teach For India Fellow in Bengaluru, gaining firsthand experience in education and community engagement.

Her interests lie in education and understanding how learning takes place across diverse spaces within the development sector. She is particularly interested in exploring people-centered approaches that strengthen learning, collaboration, and organizational culture.
