Susmitha MV is a Program Manager in the Outcome Measurement Team at CEGIS.

She brings seven years of experience across monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), research, program management, and public policy. Prior to joining CEGIS, she worked as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer at the Kamonohashi Project, where she designed and strengthened MEL systems, led research studies, developed knowledge products, and contributed to improving program learning and decision-making. Earlier, she worked at the Centre for Budget and Policy Studies (CBPS) on research and policy initiatives focused on public finance, governance, and child development, collaborating closely with government departments and civil society organisations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University. Her interests lie in understanding what works, what does not, and why in public programs, translating field realities into evidence, and generating insights to inform effective program design and implementation and achieve better outcomes.
