Susmitha MV has joined CEGIS as a Program Manager in the Outcome Measurement team.

She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University and brings seven years of experience across monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), research, program management, and public policy.

Prior to joining CEGIS, Susmitha worked with the Kamonohashi Project as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer, where she designed and strengthened MEL systems, led research studies, developed knowledge products, and played a key role in improving program learning and decision-making. Earlier, at the Centre for Budget and Policy Studies (CBPS), she worked on research and policy initiatives focused on public finance, governance, and child development, collaborating closely with government departments and civil society organizations.

She is interested in understanding what works, what does not, and why in public programs, translating field realities into evidence, and generating insights that inform effective program design and implementation to achieve better outcomes.
