Dawood Alam is working as a Senior Program Manager with the Personnel Management team in Delhi. He brings over 20 years of experience in capacity building, institutional reform, and solution design, having worked extensively across public health and governance programs. Prior to joining us, he worked with organizations such as Chemonics International, EngenderHealth, PSI India, and Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs. His expertise spans competency-based HR systems, learning and development frameworks, behavioral economics, and human-centered design. Dawood holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) from Jamia Millia Islamia.
