Shagun Tyagi is a Program Manager in the Outcome Measurement Vertical at CEGIS.

She brings over five years of experience in the social impact and government consulting sector across States in India.

Prior to joining CEGIS, Shagun worked as a Senior Project Manager with the Central Square Foundation where she led foundational learning reforms in the State of Punjab. She has also worked with the Shiv Nadar School to implement a pilot remedial program for bridging foundational learning gaps. Earlier in her career, she was a Teach For India fellow, leading a secondary grade classroom within an under-resourced community in Delhi. Shagun holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi. Her research interests include AI in education, foundational learning, health promotion and social welfare.
