R. Haritha Alankritha is a Program Manager in the Telangana State Project Delivery team. She is a Lady Shri Ram College for Women alum and is a postgraduate in History.

Haritha is a public policy specialist with over 7 years of experience in social welfare governance schemes, policy design, high-stakeholder and program management.

Her previous stints with the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Women & Child, Department for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Senior Citizens & Transgender Persons provided her with diverse subject experience. She played an instrumental role in building Mission Parivarthana, Telangana’s flagship program on drug demand reduction- from its conception to its implementation and scaling across the state. Additionally, as a former Member-Convenor of the Telangana State Transgender Persons Welfare Board, she played a key role in drafting the framework for the first policy for transgender persons in the state. Her expertise is supported by extensive field experience, including comprehensive audits of GIA institutions across 5 southern states.
