Sreeja Chandran J joined as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources within the People & Culture team based in Bangalore. 

With over 18 years of professional experience, Sreeja brings a wealth of expertise in Talent management, Talent development, Recruitment strategies, Total rewards, and the cultivation of Organizational Culture and Capability development within global enterprises. Her extensive career spans diverse industries, including banking, e-commerce, medical devices, and engineering & technology.

Prior to joining CEGIS, Sreeja managed Talent Development for the APAC and MEA regions at John Crane, a division of Smiths Group. In this role, she played a pivotal part in designing and implementing Talent development strategies to support business growth and drive professional excellence.

She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the International School of Business & Research, Bangalore.

Beyond work, Sreeja is an avid reader and a language enthusiast. She speaks English, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada, and is currently diving into learning Mandarin. Her love for languages keeps her constantly exploring new ways to connect and communicate.
