Sreeja Chandran is the Head of People and Culture team at CEGIS. With over 18 years of professional experience, Sreeja brings a wealth of expertise in talent management, talent development, recruitment strategies, total rewards, and the cultivation of organisational culture and capability development within global enterprises. Her extensive career spans diverse industries, including banking, e-commerce, medical devices, and engineering & technology.

Prior to joining CEGIS, Sreeja managed Talent Development for the APAC and MEA regions at John Crane, a division of Smiths Group. 

Sreeja holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the International School of Business and Research, Bangalore.
