Shubnit leads Personnel Management Solutions at CEGIS. In this role, he drives strategic competency-driven initiatives and spearheads AI transformations for Government of India projects, including the conceptualisation and development of custom AI solutions and prototypes for the iGOT platform.

In his previous capacity at CEGIS and during his tenure at J-PAL South Asia, he supported Karmayogi Bharat in operationalising and implementing the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building - Mission Karmayogi. Before transitioning to the governance space, he was associated with Teach For India, leading various operational and program management verticals.

Shubnit holds a PGP in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence from the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Amity University. He is passionate about bridging the gap between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution to empower public institutions and build state capability for lasting change.
