Namita Dandin is a Program Associate in the Project Delivery Team in Karnataka.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Administration, Social Management from St. Francis Degree College for Women, Hyderabad.

She has previously worked with the UN Women UK in policy research, where she analysed digital divide amongst rural women in lieu with their income in the country. She has also worked in social impact consulting, supporting small firms to understand their impact measurement frameworks and improving the metrics.

She is passionate about gender and health, and conducted her thesis on menstrual schemes and their impact in society based on a comparative analysis study of the South Asian and African regions.
