Keshav Gabhale is a Programme Associate in the Personnel Management Team in Mumbai.

Prior to joining CEGIS, he worked as a Chief Minister’s Skill Development Fellow (CMSDF) in Balasore and Kalahandi districts of Odisha. He brings over five years of experience in the development sector, working with government and non-profit organisations on livelihoods, skill development, and entrepreneurship development.

As a CMSDF, he worked on district-level planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation of state and central government skill development and employment programmes. He also strengthened the district’s skill ecosystem through inter-departmental coordination, improved industry engagement, aggregation of skill demand, research, and strengthened documentation and monitoring. He has also worked at the community level with NGOs such as Pragati Abhiyan, AKRSP-India, and BAIF Livelihood.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Development Management (MBA) from IIHMR University, Jaipur; a certificate in Understanding Public Policy in India from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad; and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
