Kavya is a Program Associate with the State and Markets vertical at CEGIS. Previously, she worked with the Government of Andhra Pradesh on Infrastructure budgeting and optimising grievance redressal mechanisms. She also worked with a mental health organisation to spread awareness about tobacco risks. 

She has a B.A. in Economics and a PGD in Public Policy from the Indian School of Public Policy.
