Jyotsna is a Senior Program Associate in the Project Delivery team at CEGIS. Previously, she worked with Sahitya Kala Parishad, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, where she assisted the Deputy Secretary in the administration of the Delhi government's cultural policy, programs, and schemes. Later, Jyotsna joined the Delhi Assembly Research Centre (DARC) Fellowship. There, she worked with the Hon’ble Dy CM's office, the Office of Art, Culture, and Languages, the Office of the Food and Supply Minister, the Office of the Education Minister, and the Office of the District Magistrate North East Delhi. 

She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Adult Education.
