Helda is a Senior Program Associate with the Outcome Measurement at CEGIS. Prior to CEGIS, she worked as a Research Consultant with the Inclusion Economics India Centre (IEIC) at IFMR, where she worked on the Self-Help Group project – a Randomised Control Trial (RCT) that studied the diffusion of information and knowledge among self-help groups in Chhattisgarh.

She holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from University College London (UCL); Masters in Economics from Loyola College (Autonomous), Chennai; and a Bachelors in Economics from All Saints’ College, Thiruvananthapuram.
