Harshal is a Senior Program Manager in the People and Culture team at CEGIS. Prior to joining CEGIS, he worked as a Human Resources Business partner with T-Systems, Capgemini, KPIT. Before making a transition to the development sector, he worked for more than decade in several areas of HR including Recruitment, Shared Services, Business Partner.

He holds an MBA from Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad with a specialisation in Human Resource Management and Marketing and Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Taxation from the Osmania University.
