Hari is a Program Manager for the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Mission team in Telangana. Nilesh was an International Innovation Corps fellow for two years working in Telangana on improving governance processes in WCD Dept. Prior to that, he was a Consultant at the Department of Urban Local Bodies in Haryana for a brief period, working on creating the draft policy on property tax in Haryana. He was also a Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associate in Bhiwani Dist., Haryana. Nilesh also worked at an NGO implementing municipal reforms in Goa and Jharkhand for a year and half. 

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a specialisation in Urban Development from Symbiosis School of Economics.
