Diksha is a Program Manager in the Personnel Management vertical at CEGIS. She has previously worked with the United Nations Environment Program and the Government of Andhra Pradesh, leading projects that enhanced the sustainability of rural enterprises. She also executed state-level capacity-building initiatives for natural farming at the National Resource Organization for Natural Farming and contributed to Participatory Video Research at the University of Reading, UK.

Diksha holds a degree in Earth Sciences from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, and has conducted Climate Change Research at the National Institute of Oceanography. Her areas of expertise include capacity building, women empowerment, and sustainability.
