The Government of Tamil Nadu has set up an Integrated Finance and Human Resource Management System (IFHRMS) linked to the existing pension app, Kalanjiyam. CEGIS has engaged with the government to improve HR analytics and enhance its adoption and usage. The long-term goal is to institutionalise competency-based capacity improvement by strengthening learning and performance management processes. To provide robust data for decision-making, the team has worked on cleansing and standardising data for over 80% of posts across 20+ fields, translating into standardisation for about 8.2 lakh employees.
