Bhavleen is working as a Program Associate in the Personnel Management vertical, based in Delhi.

She brings over 3 years of experience at the intersection of public systems strengthening, human resource management, and data-driven governance. Prior to CEGIS, she worked as an Associate - HR Systems Strengthening at India Health Action Trust, where she supported the Government of Uttar Pradesh in strengthening HR reforms, competency-based workforce development, capacity-building initiatives, and digital dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

She holds PGDM in Human Resources and Marketing from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Modern Girls College of Professional Studies, Lucknow.

She is particularly interested in strengthening the capabilities of people working in the social sector and contributing to initiatives that create meaningful impact at scale.
