Arunav is a Senior Program Associate in the Personnel Management vertical at CEGIS. Before this role, he worked with the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) as a BTR Development Fellow, where he was involved in implementing various flagship missions of the BTR Government. Additionally, he worked with Tata Trusts on the Odisha Livable Habitat Mission, which is the largest land titling and slum upgrading scheme in India.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Delhi and a Master's degree in Urban Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
