Anushikha is a Program Associate in the Project Delivery team at CEGIS. Prior to joining CEGIS, she was a Program coordinator at SELCO Foundation with nearly three years of experience in the renewable energy sector. She has worked closely with underserved communities across the North-East and Karnataka, contributing to initiatives focused on poverty alleviation and climate action through sustainable energy solutions. She has been instrumental in designing programs, managing field activities, conducting research and building strategic partnerships to drive impactful solutions on the ground.

She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi. Anushikha is interested in writing and research-based work which caters to the social sector and has a deep concern for issues related to gender equality, education, civil and human rights.
