Anirudh works as a Program Associate in the Personnel Management team at CEGIS. Before joining CEGIS, he worked as an intern at NITI Aaayog in the state support mission vertical and as a trainee with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thornton Bharat with the global service delivery team. He holds a post-graduate diploma in Environmental Law and Policy from NLU, Delhi, a master's degree in Development Studies from IGNOU, and a bachelor's degree in Economics (Honours) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.

Anirudh’s key interests lie in good governance and public service delivery in critical areas such as education and health, and he has volunteered for organizations like Teach for India, CRY, and DLF Foundation in the past.
