Anamika Chauhan works as Lead - Learning & Development, based in Delhi.

She has worked at Airbnb and American Express, specialising in capability and competency building, leadership development, talent development, learning strategy and facilitation. Anamika holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Bangalore University and is DISC-certified.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, doodling and watching movies.
