Adnan joins CEGIS as Senior Program Associate (Donor Management & Fundraising) in Delhi. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics & statistics from Scottish Church College, Calcutta and a masters in Social Work (Community Organization & Development Practice) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. During his masters course he interned with various grassroot organisations such as Shelter Don Bosco, Mumbai, Jagori Rural Charitable Trust, Dharamshala & Aajeevika Bureau, Udaipur. He then started his career as District Youth Officer under a joint project of  UNDP, UN Volunteers and MoYAS in Chhattisgarh and executed the flagship programs of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports along with engaging with the District Administration. Post this he worked as National UNV Specialist- Resource Mobilization and Partnerships and supported the resource mobilisation efforts at UNFPA India along with leading the organisation of private sector roundtable events.  

Adnan is a strong advocate of the Sustainable Development Goals and on a personal level he enjoys playing basketball & running and has a strong interest in national and international politics.
