Abhirup Ghosh is working as a Senior Program Manager with the State and Markets team in Chennai.

He brings over 14 years of experience in e-governance, public procurement systems, and digital transformation, with extensive expertise in product strategy, stakeholder management, and large-scale government platform implementation.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Haldia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Calcutta.
