Srishti has recently joined CEGIS as a Program Associate - Talent Acquisition in the People and Culture team.

She completed her B.Com (Hons) at Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University, in 2023 and also holds a diploma in Spanish from St. Stephen’s College. With previous experience at Arthan, she developed a passion for the development sector. Srishti has interned with major firms like EY and Deloitte, where she cultivated an interest in talent acquisition. She’s excited to contribute and grow with CEGIS. 

Outside of work, Srishti enjoys singing, cooking, drawing, and spending time with her cats.
