Ziaul is the Head of Personnel Management vertical and Knowledge Creation and Management  at CEGIS. He brings with him over two-decades of experience in international cooperation, competency frameworks, organisational development and learning designs. In his previous roles, he worked very closely with Ministries/Departments and organisations including the Department of Economic Affairs, the National Mission for Clean Ganga, CTIs (LBSNAA, NPA and ISTM) and STIs (HIPA, ATI Mysore, AASC). He has also worked and collaborated closely with bilateral/multilateral agencies such as GIZ, ILO, World Bank and ADB in his past roles.

Ziaul holds a Master’s degree in Extension Education from Jamia Millia Islamia, complemented by several certificates in areas such as moderation, facilitation, leadership and competency framework design.
