Manjali is a Senior Program Manager at CEGIS in the Personnel Management vertical at CEGIS. She is an XLRI alumna and has over 15 years of experience in HR and L&D with various corporations. Before joining CEGIS, Manjali worked with J-PAL South Asia and the National Institute of Urban Affairs under the Smart City Project at CIDCO, where she successfully established a Training Cell and managed the training needs for over 1000 employees of CIDCO.

She holds a Master’s in HR from Pune University and is certified in Thomas Assessments.
