Dr. Shobha Ananda Reddy (PhD) is working as State Lead for Karnataka. She brings over 23 years of diverse experience across academia, government, multilateral agencies, and civil society, specializing in environmental sustainability, and inclusive governance.

In her previous roles, Shobha has successfully led state-level programs with the Government of Karnataka and national organizations, combining evidence-based research with grassroots implementation to drive systemic change. She successfully completed the 18-month Indian Administrative Fellowship by The/Nudge Institute with Department of Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka.

She is deeply committed to strengthening participatory governance and fostering institutional partnerships between government and civil society.
