Parul leads the Outcome Measurement vertical and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning efforts at CEGIS. She is a development professional with over fourteen years of experience in measurement and evaluation of policies and programs using rigorous research methods. Prior to CEGIS, she was with LEAD at Krea University (IFMR) leading the research advocacy efforts in financial inclusion and livelihoods. She has been a lead and co-investigator on multiple research projects on these subjects. She also worked as a Consultant with Women’s World Banking. 

She is a graduate in economics from University of Delhi and holds a Masters in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
