Srishti Rongpipi works as a Senior Program Associate in the Karnataka Project Delivery team. She has over 3 years of experience in the development sector. Prior to CEGIS, she worked as a Deputy Research Manager at Sambodhi Research and Communications, focusing on agriculture, livelihoods, and public health, with expertise in quasi-experimental designs and quantitative analysis. 

She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from NLSIU and Bachelor’s in Psychology from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. Srishti is passionate about driving change at the intersections of data-driven evidence and policy solutions, to empower women, children, marginalized communities, and SMFs.
