Bhuvaneswari is a Program Associate with the Project Delivery team at CEGIS in Tamil Nadu. Prior to this, she was a PMU Consultant at Bhumi NGO, where she collaborated closely with the Tamil Nadu School Education Department to plan and implement interventions across 28 Schools of Excellence.

She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University. She has previously interned at the Tamil Nadu State Planning Commission and Samagra Shiksha – Tamil Nadu School Education Department, gaining practical insights into policy implementation and educational development initiatives.
