Abigail Samyuktha Rabindran joins CEGIS as a Program Manager in the  Personnel Management Team. She began her career as a Teach For India Fellow, gaining expertise in curriculum design and stakeholder management. Abigail later focused on leadership development and social impact, working with Schools of Equality on identity-based discrimination and as Manager, Curriculum and Facilitation at Impact Solutions Lab, where she designed cross-cutting, high-impact and research-backed learning programs aimed at capacity-building young adults.

With a BA in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Abigail’s data-driven approach informs her work across instructional design, capacity-building, and research. She is also a published writer and has written peer-reviewed research papers on corporate governance and inclusivity.

Outside of work, she can be found at the beach, a museum, a cafe or attempting to finish that book/podcast/movie she’s always meant to read/listen to/watch.
