Abigail is a Program Manager in the Personnel Management vertical at CEGIS. Prior to this, she worked as Manager, Curriculum and Facilitation at Impact Solutions Lab and Program Manager at Schools of Equality, focusing on capacity-building and improving program outcomes in diverse educational contexts. 

She completed the Teach for India fellowship in 2019 and interned with organisations like International Justice Mission, World Vision Asia-Pacific, and Clean Energy Access Network.

Abigail holds a degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Her expertise lies in capacity building, inclusive instructional design, and data-driven learning experience design. She’s passionate about developing knowledge management systems that are centered around communities of practice.
