Abhinav is a Program Manager in the State and Markets vertical at CEGIS. He has anchored projects in Tamil Nadu to promote performance based management of public sector undertakings in bus transport and power sectors. Abhinav also has experience in developing decision support systems from the pilot to scale-up stage in contexts such as public procurement and management of contract employees. 

Abhinav holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Ashoka University and joined as one of the founding employees of CEGIS in 2019.
