Lakshmi Kumari works as a Senior Program Associate in the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team in Delhi.

She was most recently associated with Sambodhi Research & Communications, where she led end-to-end MEL design and large-scale impact assessments for multi-sectoral projects supported by the World Bank, BMGF, and other donor partners. Lakshmi holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University.
