Harshal is an experienced HR Professional with 13 Years of experience, having served in leading firms like Capgemini, KPIT, T-Systems and Factset. He has hands-on experience in the entire gamut of HR activities that include Employee Engagement, Talent Management, PMS, HR Operations, Compliance and Audit, Training Operations, HR ERP evaluation and Hiring. At CEGIS, he will help drive the talent agenda and initiatives and will be the HR business partner for TA, TN, KA and also for the teams - OM and SAM even as Aanchal will be the HR partner for Delhi, BTC/ Assam and UP and the PM, PM Plus, SPF and Enabling Teams.
