Pallav is working as a Senior Program Associate with the Personnel Management team in Delhi. He brings over six years of experience in capacity building, systemic reform, and rights-based research. Previously, he worked as a Project Manager at Peepul, where he led systemic assessment reforms and capacity-building initiatives for over 1,500 teachers. He holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Ambedkar University Delhi and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS), Delhi University.
