Nirlipta is working as a Program Associate in the Project Delivery team in Odisha.

She is an alumna of Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi, and holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in World Economy from the Centre for International Trade and Development (CITD), Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Nirlipta is a research and policy professional with experience across economic policy, trade, development, and governance. Prior to joining, she worked as a Research Assistant at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER), contributing to projects at the intersection of trade, investment, gender, geopolitics, and regional economic integration.
